Changing DLI: New Application required for SP only or for SOWP as well ?

Hi,
I had an approved Student Permit application, plus my spouse got SOWP and my infant got Visitor Visa.

I am yet to travel to Canada, and now, I am looking to change my DLI (of-course a better one) and hence I am required to apply for a fresh study permit.

My question is, do my spouse and kid also have to apply again ?

Hi,
I reapplied because they didn’t reply for long. After re-application they replied your application is under process (generic reply).
Its been 6 weeks, no update on my re-application.

Update:
I applied for All again and Got PPR for all in 7 weeks (Non-SDS)
