Changing DLI from inside of Canada

If I pay the tuition of UVic and begin to study there before changing my DLI, wouldn't I be considered as actively studying inside Canada?!

Yes. No one knows what is an acceptable duration for "actively studying" but doing at least 1 semester is your safest bet.

1. No, it would be considered studying without authorization. Which could result in SA cancellation and removal from Canada.
