Changing DLI after visa approval

Hi, If I change my DLI after receiving the study permit approval (outside Canada) IRCC says I need to submit a new study permit application paying the necessary fees. Do they take 3months processing time for this as well or is it quicker? (Application from Sri Lanka)

If you change DLI, it is a new application so you start over. it will not be expedited.
