Changing destination after federal approval.

Hi all, I've applied for PR under family sponsorship through my fiancee who lives in Quebec. I understand that you have to apply to move to the province where the sponsor lives. However, once I receive federal approval, if my fiancee moved to Ottawa, can I change my destination to Ottawa and move right away? If she could, she'd move to Ottawa now and we'd simply apply for me to move there, but at the moment that is not possible. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hey, did you ever figure this out? I know Quebec has it's own system, so your answers may not apply to my situation, but I'm wondering how this will affect our plans... I'm doing a postdoc in Regina, but we certainly don't plan to live here forever.
