Changing Course

is it possible to change course if i have an ongoing study permit application? how?

i'm supposed to be taking a course for this september but my permit is taking long so might defer or take a different course for winter. is this possible?

You can provide new LOA to update your file. Is current PAL named for the current program or just school?

the PAL is mentioning the school and current program.

So i'll check how to get this LOA and PAL from the school. Then I'll just share it to ircc via the webform? or do i have to create a new application for it?
