changing the course and province afta visa

I mean changing the course will definitely do not effect the PR
P.S that changed program should be starting in same intake
But changing the PROVINCE will effect the PR procedure cuz every province have different criteria for PR

1. Changing school to another province won't have impact. If you move after finishing the school, you will have different set of rules to comply with.
