why would you think changing course has any effect on a PR application which could be years away if you do not qualify now. It could maybe affect a PGWP application with having to provide a clear explanation of why changing in order to get the full PGWP period.abhi.1234 said:

1. No, it's not possible anymore to get PGWP for your first course. It's too late now.
2. Your spouse OWP is based on your study permit validity. If you stay out of school, it will impact your spouse status as well.

U cam even change college without any worries..its just a hoax created by agents as they get a lot of commision from our second fees paid they have kinda contract with agenta.i know this well as my relative too is an agent .
