Changing college/course/province ?

Hello everyone!

I got admission in Onterio for PG 1 year course & also visa has confirm.

My question is

1. Can I change college after reaching canada ?
- how will I approach for refund from my college as I paid 1st SEM fees

2. Do I need to confirm my admission now for other province where I want to go or after reaching I can apply.
I got only 12 months visa so anyone has process before then please let me know.

3. Do I need to inform GIC .

I will be doing same course in other province - so I'm not changing my purpose of study. Just changing college
My current college starts in January & my other college starts in feb so will it be okie ?

yess. Absolutely ok.
When u get your study permit at airport, then apply for refund.
You have to take your new college letter of acceptance to previous college.
After deductions of near about 500$ (sheridan),( centennial deduct $1300)
they will issue you a check of ur remaining fees.
If u are unable to go in person, u can mail them.
i guess we need to update change of DLI on our mycic account.


I'm also gonna do this same process.

Gic hav nthing to do with college. don't wry abt them.
All you need to do is just secure your seat to another province where u wanna study. Because letter of acceptance is must for this process

Changing province, college and program is perfectly alright. Go ahead and pursue your preferred program. All the best!
