Changing college after first semester

Hello, I'm doing my first semester right now ending april, after that I won't continue..& want to change my college but my program in new college will start at fall semester..i will have 4 months of gap in between changing college..will it be okay??

Same case here. But my Uni have summer break so I will withdraw close to AUG and will join new college in September. So If you don't have break still you are fine as 150 days are counted under authorized leave but you cant work.
