Changing address in Buffalo before in process

Do I just send a case specific email? Is the number I need to include the client id, or is that just for my sponsor's information? Sorry for the repeat from the Buffalo thread, but I just thought it might get lost in the shuffle over there

I'm going to change it to my new Canadian address (I'm here as a visitor). They won't make that a problem, right?

Since the application hasnt reached Buffalo i would contact CIC by phone and email... and then after that when buffalo sends u the letter by mail u will get a change of address form u can use that as well (try doing it online as well on CIC with the client ID when you get it)

I actually got my own client id its not the same amount of numbers they put a dash in between email CIC for your client id number and give your sponsor's id and information and urs as well.

I used the email address on the Buffalo website to change my address, but I waited until they had started processing to send it. I included everything they might need to match the email with my file...so my and my sponsor's names, addresses, DOBs, client id, etc. I received an automated response from them acknowledging receipt of my email. Are you settled in yet? Allison

Ok, I'll wait then The 'old' address is my parents, so it's not as if I'll miss anything!

I waited until I had file number from Buffalo too.

IKEA furniture!!! You reminded me of when I moved here and built all those furnitures the first time in my life
