You didn't keep copies of your past applications?? If you were truthful, there should not be a problem,

No matter, what is done is done. The one and only option you have is to fill out the details TRUTHFULLY, and if this causes a discrepancy with information you already provided to CIC, include a letter of explanation for the discrepancy.

The truth is, I was stupid to have listened to an old friend and my gf while in school. The NOC code wasn't accepted and I felt there was a need to include it then since it won't make any changes. That's not an excuse tho but I will talk to an experience lawyer before I decide what to do. Work permit expires soon

My friend who just got his PR through PNP show me his log record from cic. It was like 60 pages long pdf file. He asked for access for information to CIC when his application was still in process and CIC gave him that file.

I just saw it in glance. When he showed me the file in his computer screen. Seems like they dont do international data verification but I am pretty sure they do internal data checking.

I hope for the best for you. Please find a qualified lawyer very soon to resolve this issue. This might cost quite bit of money but definitely worth it.

Normally, if it was a genuine mistake, I would say send an LOE before it is requested. HOWEVER, as you seem to be saying it was not a mistake, I'd suggest *at least* a consultation with an immigration lawyer. Perhaps you could contact the owners of this board?

What do you mean by a "ban" on NOC 1241?? I don't recall any bans????

Did you just omit this experience in your previous application(s), or did you substitute something else????

Due to over representation (too many applicants) NOC 1241 (admin assistant) along with other 5 NOCs were no longer qualified under the old CEC application stream. Hence, such NOCs were not eligible to apply under the (OLD) CEC class starting November 2013

At that time nobody was aware of the Express entry system and some of them changed their job and/or their NOC to be qualified for CEC.

Due to over representation (too many applicants) NOC 1241 (admin assistant) along with other 5 NOCs were no longer qualified under the old CEC application stream. Hence, such NOCs were not eligible to apply under the (OLD) CEC class starting November 2013
That is not a ban. That was "cap filled"

That sounds suspiciously close to misrepresentation. A lawyer would be able to advise. None of us here can.

As an international student who has 1 year foreign work experience, i didn't include the experience in my work permit application because it wouldn't make any difference. I've made a mistake and i will get in touch with a lawyer asap.

That is clearer. Thank you. If the work experience you didn't include had/has no bearing on your work permit, that doesn't sound so bad. You may only need a one-time consultation with a lawyer to clarify your situation. I'm going to bow out of the thread because we're getting close to legal issues that none of us (AFAIK) are qualified to comment on.
