Changes on citizenship app after submission

Website says to contact IRCC "While we process your application, contact us if any information on your application changes ".

Q13 on cit0002e.pdf asks "Do you currently or have you ever held immigration or citizenship status in a country or territory other than Canada ?".

Option 1
Literal meaning would be everything since birth till the date you submit your application but not the visas/jobs after submitting the citizenship application ?

Option 2
Layman meaning keep updating IRCC until they make a decision on your application ?

Question is which option is it OR does it mean something else altogether ?

That question in the application form asks for your immigration / citizenship history from your birth up until the point you sign the application form.

If I may ask, what has changed in your situation? Myself or someone else would be able to provide a better answer if we were to know what exactly it is that changed after you submitted your application in your case.

I will be getting a new work visa from a country "other than Canada" after submitting my application .
Work visa translates to immigration status as Q13 on citizenship app is asking. Another confirmation here.

Question is do I have to inform IRCC about this new work visa after citizenship app submission ? If yes, is it via webform, wait for interview ... I am not sure when I will get the work visa .

Call them or send a webform after you get your work visa and update them (You might not even need to, but double check)
