Hi,
I am from Singapore. I am hoping to get an ITA soon. Will there be any complications in the processing of the application if I quit the job in Singapore and go back to India? Please help me.

No, there will not be any problem, you will have to update your new address and intimate CIC in case you move back to India after submitting your eAPR.

Hi, my wife is currently staying with me in the Philippines but only on a visitor visa, she goes out of the country every 30 days on business trips and gets another 30 days extension upon arrival, hence we didn't apply for a residency visa yet. I, however, have a work permit visa.. my question is.. can i claim that the country of residence for her is the Philippines in EE and PNP? she's the primary applicant..

As far as I know If she has an established address in the Philippines, then the Philippines would be the country of residence. She may have a different country of origin or nationality but what matters is where the applicant currently resides. You can see if others have a different view.

I tend to agree with Stanlee, in the situation you describe your wife lives in Philippines, even though she has a visitor status.
