Now required to be FULL TIME status
during each semester . They have removed the part time status in the last semester

You meet the general eligibility requirement to apply for a PGWP if

you completed a program of study at a PGWP-eligible designated learning institution that was at least 8 months long (or 900 hours for Quebec programs)
you maintained full-time status as a student in Canada during each semester of your study program
There are some exceptions to this requirement. Check the special cases to see if any apply to your situation.

Now there will be no arguments about part time studies.
If someone has got visa but the university has offered accelerated program for the same course, does opting for accelerated program requires to inform IRCC?

also, if a 2 year (4 terms) course which will be concluded in 16 months through back to back semester is accelerated in 3 terms program to be completed in 12 months, what length pgwp will be issued?

Depends on how your transcript reads when you complete program. If Masters then should not matter.

From the same link above. You MAY BE eligible for the full length. But it said "may" so there is a chance that you don't.

Special cases
You may also be eligible to apply for a PGWP if you’re in one of the special case groups.
Accelerated programs
If you complete your study program in less time than the normal length of the program, you may be eligible for a PGWP that is valid for the full length of your program.
For example, if you complete a 1-year study program in 8 months, you may be able to get a PGWP valid for 1 year.

Yes I am going for a masters program so does it mean I will get 3 years of pgwp regardless of I do accelerated or 16months?
Also can you elaborate ‘how your transcript reads’? Like what does it need to read ?
