Dear Canada Ambassador and visa officers In Pakistan,


I am much afraid after reading all post and my experience after applied Canada visa polices these days for Pakistani passport holders got 99% refusals at genuine cases like (Truism, Business etc) And USA refusal rate 70% these days .

I feel now days Canada only grant visas to old age parents category (So please stop accepting application for truism and business and family truism (otherwise we will peace full protest against these polices in front of all VAC offices and also spread these posts all over the internet and tell innocent people to avoid applying Canada visas .

I have few questions can any person answers these questions most people denied visas without sold grounds like (purpose of visit, low financial position, ties with home country, etc

Canada is famous for human rights so its means Pakistani people are no human and they have no right for Canada visit second if any persons traveled with family so he have also no right for visit Canada third one if any person traveled 10 countries like USA, UK, AUSTRALIA, EUROPE and return back within visa period how can you think he/she will not return back from Canada.

It is very easy for USA visa holder to enter Canada through USA so why you refused USA valid visa holder

Please think your visa polices and reconsider genuine cases if you still not reconsider those at least refund them visa fees

Not many ambassadors and visa officers here and if there were they probably wouldn't have much say or effect on policy. Seems there is no denying the changes in policy towards Pakistan, but a significant contributing factor in this is the abuse of the system by Pakistani residents when they come to Canada as visitors. These abuses contribute to the policy of visa rejection. This is not a statement on you personally, but as is usually the case, the few who abuse a privilege make it difficult for those who follow.
As a sovereign nation, Canada has the right to accept or reject anyone who isn't a citizen or permenent resident for a visa, with or without reason as is the case for any sovereign nation. There are avenues available to appeal these decisions if you do choose, but it must be considered that as a foreign national you rights under Canadian law are limited. A visa refusal for business or travel by no means constitutes a denial of human rights. It is simply the actions of a sovereign nation protecting it borders from potential abuse and undue burden on its citizens and society.
