Change WP status : OWP? or Work Permit Extension?

Hi guys
Is there anyone who ever applied for Spousal Open Work Permit while working with Closed Work Permit in Canada?

I came to Canada to work with short-term contract and my spouse came to study in a college with Study Permit after me.
So I applied Spousal Open Work Permit Online while I was working with Closed Work Permit.
Now, it took 12weeks since I received "Submission Confirmation" and still in progress.

I checked the processing time for Permit and in accordance with CIC, application for OWP within CANADA would take "8 weeks".
However, In case of Work Permit Extension, it says "116 days".

My application is now in the list, OWP? Or Work Permit Extension(or Bridge Open Work Permit)?
I am confused and hard to get answer from internet.
