Hi there i am working with same company but i used to work in different city then transferred here but in my express entry profile i mentioned one city for whole experience. Can i change work location post ita

Unless you are in Canada on a work permit i believe they totally do not care.

Work permits has special visa arrangements including a Job offer and/or LMIA.
This case IRCC should be informed otherwise it doesn't make any difference to move from ABC to XYZ in Thailand or else if you know what I mean.
