Change Visa Office After PPR email

Hi Friends,

I got the PPR email on Feb 22, 2019 asking me to contact New Delhi VFS. However I(and my wife) are currently in Poland, which we had got updated via webform in October,2018.

We have now dropped an email to Ottawa office to approve our passport submission in Poland, since going back to India is not an option.
Also, raised a webform for which got a response "forwarded your query to Ottawa Office".

Any idea friends, how long does Ottawa office take to change/approve visa office?
Do they grant extension?
Anything else which I could do to speed up the process?

Please guide.

Mate ! Sometimes it's 7 workin days to revert back .
