Change the Employer with ECoPR

I have received my ECoPR on Oct 8th, (inland, CEC). Am I eligible to Change my employer now ? or I should wait till I receive my PR Card ?

With Copr you can get a new SIN , which mean new everything , so you can change your employer as well as you became a permanent resident , and the previous work permit not valid anymore , the only thing you cant do with copr is travelling .
