change resident for faster Visa Office?

Hi all,
Im from Vietnam, so the VO will be Singapore. I have heard that it's really long in Singapore (22 months) and high chance of interview (another 2 years). Im tired of living in Vietnam and would like to go to Sweden for studying. And the VO is London, takes 7 months. --> apparently, it will take faster time I m not scared of interview, im scared of waiting and waiting.

My huby sent his application to CIC on 10th of Feb, but wrong CIC office. he got the client number but seems we have to resend the package again.

I wonder, if in 3 months, i will go to Sweden for studying, should i hold the application until then, and write my resident in Sweden rather Vietnam? Or do i have to apply from Vietnam?

Please advice.. cuz i couldnt find information from the cic guide.

You have to be ADMITTED to Sweden for 1 year before you can use London as the visa office. Since you are probably a Vietnamese national you application will take longer than the 7 months as London will have liaise with Singapore.

wow. thanks for your helpful infor! i have not thought about that.. i was even thinking to go to India. heard someone got approved in 5 days. thanks again!
