I have a bachelors degree from US and i am applying for another bachelor program in Canada. Is it possible for me to change from Bachelors to a masters program in the middle of my program in Canada? How long or complicate is the process? I will be studying in Manitoba.

It is possible. You'll have to inform the CIC about your changes and they will direct you from there. Ask if they do not direct you.
