Change of Status / Proof of Medical Exam

Hi everyone! Does anyone have the experience of changing their study permit to a study-work permit in order to work off-campaus or for their Co-op program? I am now in Canada and on a study permit. I already have the check list which I'll use for my application to work off-campus. The problem is, I don't have a copy of the proof of medical exam.. It says on MyCIC application that it is a requirement. A little help please. I wasn't given a copy back in the Philippines

i think the copy of medical exam is the IMM1017.pdf file? or not?

when u applied for study visa, they sent u an email.

check your email, also they send a hardcopy of it.

on top of the page, there is written "Medical Examination Instructions"

also, u will only be able to work off-campus after 6 months of studies.

Hmm. I was referring to the result of the medica exams not the instruction but are you trying to say somthing else? Thanks!
