Change of resident country before the express entry visa

Hi guys
I have recently submitted my biometric to VFS in dubai, on 3 march 2019. However, I am planning on moving back to Pakistan on 1st if July 2019, as my term of employment is expiring. I would want to know if I needed to inform IRCC about this? Plus do we have to submit the passport to the same place as that I did for Biometric or is this changeable?

As you said you have work permit, so just wanted to make it clear, do you have the citizenship for the Dubai as well?

Just a work.permit and it will expire on 20 June 2019. I dont want to renew my contract and visa
