Change of points after the draw

Hi,

I got an invitation to apply during the 12th draw, but my points have dropped since then to 461. Since the 13th draw was 451, am I still about to go under that? Or do I have to reject my 12th ITA and pray that the next round is below 461?

apply, you should consider declining this invitation to apply. You should also consider declining this invitation
to apply if you no longer meet the minimum criteria for Express Entry."

Above verbiage comes from ITA.

Do you know why your point decreased? If it is for age then you are fine. Any other reason, then you can not apply.

I have my ITA valid till september, could I re-do IELTS to get those points up before that and submit my application?

If IELTS is the only problem, you can retake it but just make sure you get same or better score than the original score that you had when you received ITA.
Make sure you change eAPR application to reflect new TRF#.
