CHANGE OF MY WIFE STATUS

HI,
I have a question. I am a July applicant and I am married.
I put my wife as a spouse on my application and since she was living in Italy I wrote as her residence "Italy".
She has just arrived here with an Open Work Permit liked to mine.
Should I let them know she has changed residency and also her status here in Canada?
