Change of Mailing Address (PR Applicant - Quebec Selected Worker) - Buffalo

Hi there,

I needed to change the mailing address before receiving the AOR, so I sent an email and a fax as with the request. I got that email the next day from them:

Please allow at least 30 weeks between our receipt of an application and its return to you or our sending of the acknowledgment of receipt letter.
Please wait until you hear from us with further instructions and do not contact our office or send in any further documentation during that period.

Does that mean there's no way I can change my address before receiving the AOR (to get the file number) ? That's stupid !

Any advice ppl ? I really need to change my mailing address, I won't have access to the old one in a few days.

Again, is there anyone on this forum that can help me with that? that should be a FAQ..
