RECENTLY I GOT WITH LMO FOR ALBERTA AND WILL BE JOINING IN JULY 2014 AS CASHIER I WANT TO KNOW AFTER HOW MANY MONTHS I CAN CHANGE MY JOB IF I WANT TO ? PLEASE KINDLY ADVISE ME .

No, you don't need to exit. You can apply a new work permit with your new LMO. Although, you can't change your job while you're not approved with your new work permit though. You have to wait if it gets approve then start working to your new job.

You do not need to exit canada. You just need to ensure you get a positive LMO on the new offer and apply for work permit within canada. You cannnot start work with the new job unless you get the work permit.

hi! My husband is in canada for almost 2 months, he works as a food counter attendant the company his working has many issues, the employer doesnt pay for his overtime worked.
