Change of Job after SINP nomination

I was nominated through SINP for a position. Got my SINP approval and applied for Federal Paper based application in January. After 8 Months in Aug, I changed my employer and job because I was getting a better opportunity with better pay.
I was nominated as Food Service Supervisor position and my new position is of Production Supervisor.

Got my Medical done in Sep. Will I get questions from CIC regarding job change? Who do I inform of the changes to my position? Do i have to reapply for SINP through my new employer?

I am in same situation.. Apply for SINP and got nominated and then applied for federal process. After 6 months, i changed my job due to better opportunity, should i have to notify anout changing the employer?

I got my PR already now. I did not notify SINP or CIC. However I was in process of getting Job approval from my new employer when I got my Passport request and I flagpoled at the border. Nobody asked anything during the process.

Just wait until you get Job approval and nomination from sinp. Then you can update cic.
