Hi I sponsored my wife under the family class category. In the sponsor employment details, I have provided letter from the current employer when I submitted my wife PR application. Now if I change my employment do I need to inform immigration?? Thanks in advance

You can and it is fine to do so in case they decide to check on it. Do it via web form.

I didnot change my job yet, just want to know incase in the future if I change my employment do I have to inform CIC ?
