I am working on a contract in Canada till September 2016. I got a reference letter from my employer in September 2015, which stated 1 year of wok experience and says that I started working September 2014 and my contract is valid until September 2016. It also states my duties and that I am currently working for the company. So I have a question.
1. If I change my job and cancel my contract and move to another job, should I get a new reference letter stating that I was previously employed by the company and I am not working anymore.
2. Do I as well need to provide the new job offer for another company on Express entry.

Hello,

If you change your current job, you will require a new letter stating the past tense (you worked there from X-Y) etc.

If you are claiming points for the new job (which will take some time to accrue), you will require a letter from that company stating your duties / responsibilities etc.

Thanks a lot for the reply, so do you mean I need a new reference letter or letter of employment.
Can I use my old reference letter but get a new employment letter, which is without job duties with past tense.

I am not quite sure. I mean if your company is going to go through issuing you a brand new letter, why not just add the duties and responsibilities to make it complete? I'm sure they would have a record of your old letter on file...

Maybe someone else might be able to shed some light there.

I don't want to ask for another reference letter that why, I got it with real difficulty
Also do you know if I need a job offer for non-LMIA application if I get ITA, because I was told by CIC that if we want to apply for PR doesn't matter if its PNP or LMIA, we need a job offer.

I certainly understand the difficulty, which is why I am surprised you are considering cancelling your contract.

Only LMIA jobs require a "job offer" letter (There is a separate section to upload this and ONLY if you selected YES to the question: "Do you have a job offer?").

Employment listed under your work experience will require "Employment Records" which includes the job reference letter stating duties / responsibilities etc and may or may not be accompanied by pay stubs and other documents if you so choose.
