Change of employer during PR sponsorship

Hello guys,

I am getting married next weekend and I will be sponsoring my wife to get her PR status in Canada.

I am just curious if there would be any problem or complication if I change my job during her application process. I've been working for the same employer for last 4 years and I recently had couple of interviews with other companies. It it likely that I will receive an offer from one of the companies within couple of weeks. Before I make any decision, I would like to know if this would cause any problem.

I already have an employment letter from my current employer and I will submit this to CIC once we receive marriage certificate. Once it is submitted, should I update my employer's information If I start to working for another company?
