change of EMAIL address

Hi guys,

we have to change the email address on my sponsor's application. Can we just do it through the case specific inquiry?
I'm worried cic will send him a message which we won't get - do they contact the sponsor often, besides SA? We've submitted all correct forms. Do they contact the applicant as well when the sponsor has the SA or is required to send additional docs?

At the second stage only the aplicamt is contacted.

Contact them to update your new email address, when my emal address was compromised this is what l did and when they requested doc from me, email was sent to both sponsor and applicant email address: if you already have your SA, you need to quote your UCI number and Application with your details in the email and state your old and new email address for them to update the new email address. Good luck.
