i just want to know if it is possible to change our course from PGD to diploma after reaching there?
and isit possible to change college and course?

After Monday, you can only transfer from one designated institution to another and you must inform CIC http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/study-changes.asp

how if i choice study in another post-secondary institution after i graduated from my current one?

If you apply for a study permit on or after June 1, 2014, you must notify CIC via your MyCIC account when you are transferring from one designated learning institution to another, even if it is at the same level of study.

Is that means you don`t need to notify cic if you got your SP before June1,2014?
