i would say inform them now , reason ; if you wait until PPR then it would delay your application.

If i inform them indian address.. will my application will be processed in india thn instead of canada??

no they would just send your passport to that address that's all.

i don't think current address plays any role except the PPR time.

I think the visa office changes when you submit the address change. Thats what i heard dats why i am afraid

i'm not sure about that either , i guess wait until your PPR then or wait for others to respond they might know more

According to the CIC website, you need to inform them about changes in the circumstances of your family, job address, etc. If you don't, it would amount to misrepresentation. They want you to inform. If you don't, it's a risk you take.

If i dont change the address, would it create a problem?
the only thing "current address " come into play is when they need you to send your Passport for PR and when they send it back , so if you don't have right/current address on file they will send it to the address that they have on your file (old one) ,

But wont my VISA PROCESSING CHANGE?
