Change of Address

I can't see answer for this...
Can someone tell me if they had experience changing an address?
I received SA in June and moved in July this year.

Address was changed with CIC but I do not see that the address has changed in eCAS.

Has anyone else changed their address? How long does it take to update - it has been a month and it is still my old address.

It can take months to change on ECAS. If you are worried send a case specific inquiry and hopefully they will response by an email .

it usually takes two week to update before, I did couple of times but this time I do not know what is going on, it did not work for me too. so I think you should contact Cic call center number and explain them.
