i am in the medical exam stage of my application but i recently changed my address. it looks like I can't change my address online since it seems to be only for people in Canada. I tried to email the canadian officials a few days ago but i haven't received a response yet. Any advice on how to notify the immigration officials will be greatly appreciated.

You have done the right thing. You can change address by emailing them or sending case specific enquiry. They normally don't answer emails and address is changed in the system. keep checking your ecas when it shows your new address. It normally takes 2-3 weeks to process this request.
