We are moving to another address so When we tried to change the address online.
My wife request was processed normall but I keep on getting the below message !
I also used to get the same message whenever I tried to check my Citizenship processing using E-CAS system!!! My application is paper based so you would assume i could use the E-CAS system! Anyways I didnt care at the time because I‘m using the tracker but Know I’m getting the same message when i’m trying to change the address!
I would appreciate any feedback as I will be moving next week and tried a billion time to reach IRCC Via phone but it is impossible !!
