Change of Address only after receiving a letter from Centralized Intake Office

I recently just received an email from the Centralized Intake Office notifying me of my UCI#, Client Application number, and the receipt of payment. I moved and my residential address has changed. I tried to notify my change of address online through the CIC website but it seems like they do not have my application on file yet. Do I have to wait for my AOR to be able to change my address? Is there another way of doing so?

Thank you,

When did you receive the email with your AOR? it usually takes a few days for you to be able to see your file on ECAS.

I was in the same situation. After getting AOR, I could enter the system a few days later. Then I changed my address online...

I received the email yesterday morning. That might explain why.
