Hi guys!
Need your help/advice please! I am sure that someone has experienced the same issue, however I was not able to find any clear suggestion in the previous posts of this forum.
I have submitted my application for PR on November 12th being in Canada on a visitor record ( extended my stay as visitor after being a student, then worker and after that eventually visitor). Unfortunately, due to family emergency a week after AOR of my application I had to fly back to my background country. As we all know, visitor status does not permit to have multiple entry visa to renter Canada. So I am assuming I have to wait for the final decision of my application at my background country whether it will be rejected or approved.
My questions are: How can I notify CIC in the mid process about my address change moreover - change of residency? Does it mean that my file will be transferred to the visa office serving my region? And as a result - will it delay processing time on my application? Or maybe it is better not to notify CIC about changes of my residency?
If anyone could please share ideas about this matter. Your help will be greatly appreciated.
Regards, Mango
