Change NOC Post ITA?

Hi,

Can I change NOC under primary occupation and for the job post ITA?

I need to change NOC from 1221 to 1241 as per the duties that I noticed are more familiar with the 1241 code. I have mentioned this is in the LoE, but wanted to be sure so that I am not rejected.

Please guide me if I should change or leave as is?
