So you now have a new passport with correct name and she has completed her landing ?
No she still hold the old passport and will land next june
I am just asking if there is a way to fix her name later after landing or she had to live with it

1. Two choices, get her passport corrected, and then apply for re-issue of COPR. I assume her birth certificate has the correct spelling.
2. Do a name change in Canada, then you would have to apply for a new passport and a new PR card.

Would be much easier to start correction now because once you land all documents will continue having her incorrect name. Health card, school registration, etc

I have been in Canada since 2003 and put my name in the right order, and got all docs in the right order. However once I did PR application they told me my name in passport is in the wrong order and issued COPR, SIN and PR card that way, all other docs are in the right order as I have had them before (Driver lic, health card, school certificates) now I have been told I need to do legal name change in order to fix this issue. I read on another forum that COPR will not be changed as that is the legal name under which you landed in Canada. PR and other docs can be changed.
