Hi guys. I have questions. I hope someone can help me. I am planning to apply my Canadian citizenship but I want to use a different last name in my application. Got married here and now divorced and I want to use my maiden name back as my last name. In My Pr card, passport and drivers licence shows my ex husband last name. Im having difficulty on how to proceed my application and what should I submit as supporting documents. Is divorce paper is enough as supporting documents? Or is there anything else?
Change name back to maiden name
