Change my study program after obtaining the visa and entering Canada

Hello every one

I have an important inquiry and i really hope any one can help me about this. I'am an Egyptian guy. I got the IELTS overall score 6.5. I intend to apply for a master degree in a university British Columbia which doesn't require GMAT test. And only this program at this university fits me and according to this program i will get the visa and the study permit. My question, after i get the visa and the study permit, Is that possible with the same study permit to study another program in another university in another state??????? If i applied for the second program from the begging they will deny my visa application because it's doesn't fit the rules and regulations in my country.

Please help me.

You can change your program of study or your institution once you are in Canada, no problem.

You can change your program of study or institution but you need to inform CIC and your Intake must be same.

You can change your program of study or institution but you need to inform CIC and your Intake must be same.

After the introduction of new policies, it is not a must to inform CIC about change of program/institution. However, intake must be the same.
