Can anyone advise me about how to change my status?

Currently I am in Canada on the Student VISA status, I will like to change it to the Visitor VISA because I finished my program, but my wife has about 10 months to finish her study.

Is it possible for me to do that without leaving Canada?

You have 3 options:
1. Apply for postgraduate work permit if you're eligible for it.
2. Apply for open work permit as a spouse of international student.
3. Apply for visitor visa. This has less chances to success IMHO.

I will apply for a visitor visa because We have scholarship which may support my application. In (check your eligibility) section, I have to choose ( staying more than 6 months) to get visitor record ? Am I right?

You can apply for visitor record without leaving Canada,

you can do that as you are spouse of a study permit holder

Keeping in mind that open work permit and PGWP won't effect your scholarship
