I have prepared my application package regarding the change made on Feb 27, 2009. Should i submit all the document to buffallo or to the CIO office?
I am applying as federal skilled worker under category 3 (student who is legally residing in canada and have done so for at least 12 months immediately before submitting their application).

- First your application goes to Sydney, NS for screening
- If passed, then submit all the required documents to the visa office, in your case Buffalo.

Step 1: Gather documents
What documents are required?Use the Document Checklist (IMM 5612) to assist you in gathering the necessary documentation for submitting your application to the Centralized Intake Office (CIO), which is located in Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada.

Note: Only the documents in this checklist should be submitted to the CIO. If your application is recommended for processing at a Visa Office, you will be required to submit a copy of your application to that office with a complete set of documents described in the Visa Office specific requirements.

NEW: All applicants including those with arranged employment (category 2) and students and workers inside Canada (category 3) must now submit their initial application to the Centralized Intake Office.
