Hey..so somebody asked the Twitter ircc account the same question last month..they replied to decline the invitation and den wait for the other one..what do u think I should do..this is my 2nd invite..pls do answer
You only have to decline of you change your NOC from O, A, B, to C.

The logic is simple. Any factor that gives you points as per your profile, and if you change that which may impact your CRS and MEC, you have to decline.

However, when you create a profile, you put in a NOC. But the NOC by itself does not give you any points. You only have to meet the Job duties of the NOC selected in your work reference to meet the NOC criteria. As long as you meet this, you can change your NOC post ITA and provide an explanation in LoE, however, that is not required.

Also, when a profile is created, you get the Points, and they are entered in the system. An applicant, when they file their application have to meet the CRS and MEC that they claimed in the profile. Changing your NOC does not effect your CRS and MEC and this has no effect on your application.
