change in processing time of pakistan on cic webbsite

I just read in cic website that the processing time for pakistan is now 10 weeks. date modified on the page is 2011-05-25.

the one is based on previous data and the second one is actual.. but now visas are takin even more than 12 weeks.. my 16 weeks completed but no response as yet..
