I am a Canadian citizen living outside canada. My baby will be born after few months outside canada. My question is for change in personal circumstances , should I notify the canadian embassy at abudhabi or should I notify cpc Mississauga about the birth of child .....and what's the process of informing them ...email ?..please reply

If the file is still in Canada, then notify CIC here. If your file is transferred to Abu Dhabi then you notify them by email . They clearly state that in the AOR email you receive. They will ask for the babies birth certificate ,also so try to apply for the babies Canadian passport and citizen certificate and send them a copy of the receipt showing the baby is Canadian if that is the case.
