Change in Name after marriage

Hi.

My time line looks like this.

Got IELTS result : Oct 2019
Got married : Oct 2019
Applied for ECA: Nov 2019
Got marriage certificate: Nov 2019

I'm yet to receive my ECA report for me and my spouse. The IELTS result has Passport number, and name of my spouse with her surname and middle name from before marriage.

1. Now is it advisable to reissue the passport with my name as her middle name?

2. Do I need to update in passport database that we are married now? If so, the new passport will be issued. (With new passport number, and Name, different from which appears on IELTS TRF)

3. If new passport is issued what are all the documents required to support change in name? Do we need any affidavit?

4. Is it advisable to avoid all this passport updation at all?

Including marriage certificate in all steps will allow you to use all the documents as they are.

Thank you very much @rajapanesar Just one doubt left. If I don't proceed with name change here in India, can I do it after getting PR in Canada having lived there for a few months/ yeras?
