I have one question once you send your complete application package to
Your visa office and your circumstances changes like you leave the country
You join the new job and your wife start doing job if she was not doing earlier
In that case what is the responsibility from our side which we have to do
like we have to submit all proof again like refrence letter , for me wife etc
from new employer also , you have to update background info form also.


And Right of permanent residence Fees can be payble when they will request you
later no need to send with VO office application.

yes, you need to submit all documents including reference letter from your new job and the the one you recently left... You will have to submit appointment letter for the new job including your salary break-up and job duties. In most cases the reference letter do cover these information.

As far as RPRF is concerned, you can send it anytime after they request for full documents. If you do not send it then, usually they request with Medicals

but suppose I have already sent my application now u mean I have to write
a cover letter and explain them I left my previous job and country this is
the copy of my contract letter of new job, I will not ask reference letter from
my new employer, otherwise i will :-\

yes, you'll have to write a cover letter explaining your situation. If your contract letters include your job duties and salary break-ups then a reference letter is not required. However, your contract letters should have mentioned your reporting head and you should include his/her visiting / business card with your request of change to CHC.

3-send only the appointment letter & contract of ur new job.
all with cover letter
